Delete your unsneak account

You can delete your account and your data whenever you like. No reason needed, and nobody you were courting is told why.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open unsneak and go to You.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete my account.
3. Confirm twice. Your profile disappears straight away and your account is erased.

Want a copy first? In the same place, tap Download my data. If you'd rather take a break, Pause my account hides you without deleting anything.

If you can't open the app

Email privacy@unsneak.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with. We'll confirm it's you (we may text a code to that number), delete the account, and reply when it's done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What is deleted, and what we keep

• Deleted: your profile, photos, prompts, voice intro, location, settings, sign-in details, and your courtships, messages, letters and Round answers.
• The people you were courting see that the courtship ended. They aren't told why.
• Kept for a limited time: safety reports involving you and the minimum needed to stop a banned account coming back (up to 12 months), and purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Premium bought through Google Play or the App Store is cancelled in the store; deleting the app or account doesn't cancel it on its own.
